Electronic Tongue Achieves 95% Accuracy in Testing

Researchers at Penn State have developed an AI-powered "electronic tongue" that can detect subtle differences in liquids like milk freshness, soda types, and coffee blends with over 95% accuracy. By analyzing data from graphene-based sensors, the device can assess liquid quality, authenticity, and potential safety issues. Notably, the AI achieved better results when it selected its own analysis parameters, outperforming human-defined settings.
